Wow, I don't think there are many people who are worse than I am at talking in front of a camera. I just freeze. The first day (monday) of shooting the video with Nick and Amy, we were working mostly on the "talking head" parts, where I was going to talk about the product, give the pitch, etc. etc. Not only did we have to do it soo many times, but even with notes and practice I stumbled my way through. They told me to not even think about what I was going to say, and Amy did a great job of just standing behind the camera and asking me questions that I could respond to, but it was seriously a long day. Even when Nick just asked me to say what tools were in the case, AND I had a list that I was practically reading from, my mind just went blank and I barely got the tool names out!
I really need to work on my public speaking...
