Sculpting the Hardest Areas of the Body

You may think you have full control of your body. But trying to trim the fat and tone certain areas of it will show you the opposite. Sometimes, it just feels like our bodies do the complete opposite of what we want, almost like they’re being controlled by someone else. This is simply not the case. Losing weight and trimming fat to sculpt the body have their own techniques and a variety of methods. You can exercise regularly, eat healthy and generally pay attention to your body.

Unfortunately not everyone finds it as easy to get rid of excess fat, especially when they are located in pesky areas like under the chin. When it comes to burning through the double chin, the process can take a long time, as well as a lot of exercise. With chin fat removal, however, getting rid of the double chin fat is much easier and significantly faster.

Melting Fat with Cold

Sounds like a very odd way to go about trimming fat, but yes, there is a way you can get rid of excess fat using cold temperatures. This treatment is called Coolsculpting. Other forms of Coolsculpting have existed for a long time, things like cold saunas, where people walk inside a freezing room in their underwear, as the fat cells die out.

Coolsculpting basically does the same thing, but in a more controlled manner. You may not want to treat your entire body, but rather a specific area of it. Say, for example, your hips are a little too big for your liking. You want them toned, but you think your stomach is perfect. A cold sauna may take off more fat than you’d prefer. But with Coolsculpting, you can treat the exact area of the body you think needs a little sculpting.

The Coolsculpting pump is placed on various parts of your body and begins pumping cold air. This pressure from the cold temperatures, combined with the 40 to 50 minutes that it spends on your skin will cause the fat cells in that particular area to go into the process of apoptosis, where the fat cells naturally destroy themselves. Once destroyed, the body sucks them up and absorbs them, leaving that area with less fat.

Using this method, you can treat a wide variety of areas on the body that would normally be much harder to tone with natural means. Coolsculpting does not require any incisions or injections, making it a non-invasive treatment . This means that not only is the procedure painless, but the side effects are also close to none.

The only downside to Coolsculpting is that it may take several months for the results to be visible, considering that the body needs time to absorb the dead fat cells and reincorporate them into the rest of its system. Most clinics will tell you that you’ll need to wait anywhere from 4 months to half a year in order to see the final results of your Coolsculpting treatment. If you’re willing to slug through the wait, and Coolsculpting is definitely worth it.

BBL: Abbreviations and Curves

BBL which stands for Brazilian butt lift, is a treatment mostly utilized in body contouring to get more round curvature. Everyone’s body is shaped differently, but many people out there want to have the beautiful curves which are so trendy right now. Unfortunately, they may not have been born with the body structure allowing for this to happen.

This is where the BBL comes in, but not only does it create curves, it does so by using your body fat itself. The fat is extracted from other parts of the body, such as the stomach, hips, maybe even the back, and is then reused in the area of the buttocks. What doctor’s essentially do, is they transport the fat from areas of the body that you don’t want to have them in, to an area of the body that you do.

It’s a clever workaround and essentially accomplishes two different tasks with a single treatment. Tons of people looking to get those attractive curves and at the same time get rid of excess body fat, go for BBL and so far, most of them have left incredibly positive feedback.

BBL is the perfect example of ingenuity and advancements in medicine making life a lot easier for countless people.

Leaving No Room for a Double Chin

Among the most popular areas for fat reduction is that area under your chin. Even with a little weight gain, the double chin makes its appearance very early on. You can see it in photos, where there’s that extra little line hiding under that perfectly chiseled chin that you have.

The problem with toning the double chin through natural means, is that there are not that many exercises designed to burn off the fat in that particular area. This makes it harder for people to get rid of their double chins, leaving them to rely on general weight loss as a solution. In fact, you don’t even need to be overweight to have a double chin. Many people just happen to have one.

And the cosmetic treatment which specializes in treating the double chin is the Kybella NYC and LA clinics’ answer to that pesky clump of fat. With the Kybella injection, after a couple of sessions, you’ll start to notice the double chance slowly smoothing itself out, leaving behind that smooth chin that you want to see in the mirror and then photos. Tons of clinics have specialized in treating their patients with Kybella, (which you find more details about here) including MiracleFace MedSpa, who offer a wide variety of fat trimming treatments, including the ones mentioned above.

So whether you’re looking to get a little extra curvy, tone the thighs and other specific parts of the body, or simply get rid of that annoying double chin, modern cosmetic clinics have a lot to offer. This leaves you with the simple task of choosing whichever one you need.
